Personally I think this guy is a great orator but has no depth nor ability to carryout his ideas. And those that follow and support him are shallow, race following, and grasping for straws. The real world is rough and tough. The ideals of flower power are long gone. Does he really expect to "talk" a suicide bomber out of reaching his objective??? In my opinion, he offers change in the wrong direction. I'm loading my guns and stocking up on ammo just in case he becomes president. I'll be damned if I"ll give up my country without a fight!! Your thoughts??

It's surprising to me that the top Dems agree to an economic stimulus package that gives money back to the Americans to boost our economy yet their poster child Obama says he is going to take all our money away to pay for his ideals, and they think that's a good idea also. They need to pull their heads out and smell the fresh air for awhile.

I suppose you think Washington was naive for negotiating with Britain. Lincoln was naive for talking to the South. Reagan was naive for talking to Russia. Nixon for going to China. And even Bush Jr. negotiated with Khadafy - the guy responsible for shooting down the jet over Lockerby, Scotland.

Every time someone makes a comment like yours, Obama will say something along the lines of "We have to get over our cynicism...%26lt;blah blah blah%26gt;... and embrace hope and change...%26lt;blah blah blah%26gt;." Obama doesn't believe in reality, he thinks he can change things and make our world a better place by doing whatever he does. All I have to say is: if he becomes President, I just pray to God that he does, at least, a decent job in the White House.

He is the First Politician I have heard to actually come out and say that one or our primary goals should be to change the way America is viewed internationally.... When I heard that , I said Bingo... What we have been doing is fighting the symptoms, instead of looking for a cure... And I am no peace nic. I am a Gulf War Vet, who has been deployed to Panama and the Gulf in defense of this Country...
