If your tank is cycled, and water parameters stable, it should be okay to add it. A ricordea should do okay under PC lighting as well, just make sure it's in an area of low flow.
Reply:If your nitrogen cycle is complete, you can put them in. Add the right elements before you do. Compacts will do.
