Recently they're all hippy-ed out. Some flower power stuff. What is this project about? I assume its an art project. Or possibly an ad campaign for something.

Whats up with the trippy taxis in NYC?
It is an art project that will last until December '07. I've attached the NY Times article about the project.

Reply:Gee, I wish all the taxi's here in Las Vegas were like that (do they come with the laid back attitude?) cause they are all mean as hell and rather run over a rain puddle and splash you with it instead of actually picking you up.
