Can someone recommend a user-friendly animation program?

A few of us are planning to do a power point presentation for our Favorite Teacher's birthday. She's in her 60s I think. Is there any user friendly programs out there that can render simple morphings or "rain" effects? ( ie: Morphing her from young to present or like a shower of flowers or gold particles) We are mostly minimal in computer knowledge, able to use photoshop for enhancing and cleaningup images, thats about it. Any help please? Much appreciated... thx in advance.

the best spot to got to is flash.com its the best program widely used by graphic artists all over the world. check it out you'll enjoy it a lot.
Reply:I think programs like these need some form of training... at the very least "hands on" experience to work around the tools of the prg.
Reply:by user friendly you mean no learning required? NO
Reply:Photoshop's animation desigh is really hard to use. Here is a much easier one, without doing something like 'layers', you just add new frames, and paste images, than it will go. You need save the final animation in 'gif' format.

The software called "Ulead GIF Animator ", you can find it by searching in www.hotfiles.com, or just go to the following link:
